For COD orders, you can cancel the order as long as you have not confirmed it on whatsapp confirmation message or mail us at hello@chasehaul.com within 24 hrs of placing order.

For COD Orders:

For COD orders if no payment is received from our end when the product is cancelled before shipment, no amount will be refunded. If your item is returned after delivery of product(s) then the refund will be in the form of a reward coupon worth the same as your order value which is valid for one year from the date of the issuance of the credits will be sent to the WhatsApp number once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC. Note: The reward coupon is redeemable at once.

For Prepaid Orders:
Full amount is refunded into your original payment mode through our payment gateway within 5-7 business days.
